Can I use my existing email with HubSpot?

Yes, HubSpot allows you to connect your existing email (e.g., Gmail or Outlook) so you can send marketing and sales emails directly from your inbox or portal.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to Settings > General > Email.

  2. Click Connect personal email or Connect team email, depending on use.

  3. Choose your email provider (e.g., Google, Office 365).

  4. Grant permissions to sync your inbox.

  5. Test sending and receiving emails from HubSpot.
