How do I personalize marketing emails?

Use contact data to tailor content for each recipient.

You can personalize HubSpot emails using:

  • Personalization tokens (e.g., first name, company name)

  • Smart content (shows different content based on contact list, lifecycle stage, device type, etc.)

In the editor, click Insert > Personalization Token or Add Smart Rule.
