How to Change the Meeting Scheduler Link to Use Your Business Domain or Link?

Since HubSpot is still undergoing updates on this matter, we need to do this manually for each user. This helps maintain a consistent brand experience for your prospects and customers when they book time

Customize Your HubSpot Meeting URL Slug

  1. Log-in to your HubSpot Account.

  2. Go to Settings> General> Calendar.

  3. In the Meetings section, edit the Meeting Domain.

    • For example: Change meetings.hubspot.com(default) to info.1-vision.com(custom)

  4. Click Save.

📝 Note: You can also customize both the Meeting URL and the Default meeting link to match your personal preference or branding guidelines.
