Managing User Roles and Access Levels

Control who can order, approve, and view reports

Storefront user roles are role-based to maintain control and accountability.

👤 User Types:

  • Admin: Full access to products, users, orders, and reports

  • Approver: Can approve or deny orders over a threshold

  • Standard User: Can browse and place orders in assigned categories

🔐 Custom Permissions:

  • Restrict access by department, region, or location

  • Set budgets or quantity limits per user if needed
