Proofing and Approval Process Explained

Your chance to review before production begins

We provide proof before every print job to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

🔍 Types of Proofs:

  • PDF Proof (Standard): For layout, content, and bleed confirmation

  • Hard Copy Proof (Optional): Recommended for color-critical jobs (additional fee may apply)

✅ Approval Process:

  1. We send the proof via Asana or email

  2. You review and approve in writing

  3. Once approved, we proceed to production

Note: Delays in proof approval can impact delivery timelines.
