How do I connect my domain to HubSpot?

Launch your HubSpot-hosted website with a custom domain

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Go to your HubSpot portal.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Website > Domains & URLs.

  3. Click Connect a Domain.

  4. Select the domain type (e.g., Primary, Redirect).

  5. Enter your domain name (e.g., www.yourcompany.com).

  6. HubSpot will generate DNS records—copy these.

  7. Log in to your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Google Domains, etc.).

  8. Add the DNS records provided by HubSpot.

  9. Wait for DNS to propagate (can take 15 mins to 48 hours).

Once connected, your website will be live on your domain. If you're using multiple subdomains, repeat for each one.

Pro Tip: Don’t delete existing DNS records unless, you're sure. It could break email or other services.
