How do I create tasks or reminders for my sales team?

Keep deals moving forward with follow-up automation.

There are two ways to create tasks:

Manually:

  • Open any contact, company, or deal record

  • Click Create task and add a due date, description, and owner

Automatically:

  • Use a workflow with the "Create task" action

  • Define the task type (e.g., call, email), assign it, and set the due date

  • Use personalization tokens to include contact info in task notes

Tasks appear on the owner’s task dashboard and can trigger email reminders.
