How do I create tasks or reminders for my sales team?

There are two ways to create tasks:
Manually:

Open any contact, company, or deal record

Click Create task and add a due date, description, and owner
Automatically:

Use a workflow with the "Create task" action

Define the task type (e.g., call, email), assign it, and set the due date

Use personalization tokens to include contact info in task notes
Tasks appear on the owner’s task dashboard and can trigger email reminders.
