What happens if I want to pause or cancel services?

Understand how to pause or end your plan with no hassle.

To pause or cancel a service:

  1. Email your Account Manager or contact billing@1vision.com

  2. Give at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle

  3. We’ll confirm your last invoice and any outstanding deliverables

For retainers: your account will be paused at the end of your current term.
For projects: milestone billing applies based on completed phases.
