Why isn’t a form submission showing up in Contacts?

What to check if form fills aren’t creating new contacts.

If form submissions aren’t syncing to Contacts:

✅ Check if the form is connected to the right HubSpot portal
✅ Confirm that the submission wasn't blocked by spam filters
✅ Ensure cookie tracking is working (for pre-filled forms)
✅ Some forms might require specific lifecycle settings to create a record

Go to Marketing > Forms > Submissions to confirm it was received. If yes, search for the contact using the email address. Still missing? Reach out to us.
